Founded in 1999, P V Adinarayana has led SVMS Constructions to become one of the leaders in developing Visakhapatnam and surrounding neighborhoods. From his young age he trusted his hard work from daily wage civil labour to establish a company with his skill and hardman ship, his unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for more projects to deliver a dream homes. No slowing down in sight, he is still taking SVMS Constructions to new heights.

Venkat is a graduate mechanical engineer with an MBA in oil and gas management from UPES University, Dehradun. With extensive experience in international construction and a role as a Risk Analyst in reputed companies, primarily in the Middle East, Venkat has developed a well-rounded expertise in all facets of the construction industry. Known for his spacious and innovative designs, he has made a significant mark in the field under the guidance of his father (founder/Managing Partner). Recently, Venkat has emerged as the face of SVMS Constructions, positively impacting the community and reinforcing the company's commitment to excellence and sustainability. His vision and leadership continue to drive SVMS towards new heights.
